Who we're looking for
We accept a small share of applicants. The bar isn't size — it's the quality and clarity of your specialism. A solo expert with three deep wins is more interesting to us than a 30-person shop that does everything.
- 3+ years of demonstrable specialist work in your category
- A portfolio of at least 5 client engagements with verifiable outcomes
- Comfort with our delivery rituals — weekly check-ins, written updates, async-first
- Clean, professional client communication in English
- Either a registered entity (preferred) or willing to invoice through ours
- References we can call
